- Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
How we may use it
To respond to you, provide and bill for our services, work on insurance claims, run our business, and meet legal needs.

- Your insurance carrier and adjusters on your claim, at your request.
- Service providers who help run our business.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.

Records
We keep information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and insurance record rules. We may keep records we are required to keep by law or for your insurance claim.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
